Hard Rock Hotel Bali Rings In Its 46th Founder’s Day In Rockin Style

24 6月 2017

14 June, is just another day in just another year for every person. But for Hard Rock, this is the day that the very first Hard Rock Cafe opened its doors in London by the founders, Isaac Tigrett and Peter Morton, the day that amplified dining experiences ever after. Since then, Hard Rock expanded around the globe, with Cafes, Hotels, Casinos and Stadium springing up all over Europe, Asia, and the United States.

The day before Hard Rock Founder’s Day, the management team decided to spread the Hard Rock’s mantra “All Is One” by swapping roles to rank and file positions! The General Manager, Directors, and Department Managers were assigned to various duties for the day. The Job Swap proved to be a great team building exercise that further amplified our guest experiences on the day.

In conjunction with Hard Rock Founders’ Day 2017, and in-line with one of the Hard Rock mottos “Save The Planet”, Hard Rock Hotel Bali together with the local fisherman from Kelompok Nelayan Wanasari, Tuban, joined the Mangrove Plantation in Ekowisata Bali on Thursday, June 15th 2017. There were 54 Band Members from all departments at Hard Rock Hotel Bali participating in this initiative planting over 100 Mangrove plants on the day.

“If Music is part of our DNA at Hard Rock, then Philanthropy is also certainly in our gene’s. It’s great that we can continue to be involved in initiatives like this and helping the local community and also helping the environment. And today we played a small part in saving the planet and helping the regeneration of mangroves for this area and reducing the erosion of this coastline.” said Shane Coates, General Manager of Hard Rock Hotel Bali.
