At Hard Rock Hotel Bali, we are fully committed to the safety guidelines and hygiene protocols from Hard Rock International under the new SAFE + SOUND programme.
The SAFE + SOUND program has been developed by a team of hospitality experts in collaboration with worldwide health and sanitation specialists, such as Ecolab and NSF.
SAFE + SOUND is focused on enhanced cleaning practices, social interactions and workplace protocols, while ensuring transparency through the Guest and Team Member journey.

Temperature Checks
Thermal temperature checks for every guest, team member and vendor upon arrival

Physical Distancing
Appropriate social distancing requirements of minimum 1 metre apart in all areas of the hotel through visual distance markers, signage and team member guidance

Mandatory Masks
Always for all team members and for guests in designated areas

SAFE + SOUND seal of cleanliness on every guest room as the final step in the enhanced housekeeping process

The Safe+Sound Team
Specially trained by industry-leading cleaning experts from EcoLab on proper disinfection procedures, the Safe+Sound team is responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the hotel especially high traffic touchpoint areas throughout the hotel to ensure a clean and safe environment at all times.
