Dear Hardrock Hotel,

many thanks for this great holidays! My friends and I had wonderful days on Bali and really enjoyed to stay at hardrock hotel. All staff was very friendly and helpful, but I want to give a special thank to Atik from centerstage and Sena and Wawan from activity crew. From the first day on they gave us great advices for having dinner or trips on Bali and were so helpful and kind!
I hope to see all of them again in my next holidays!
Hope to come back soon to Bali!

Dear Hard Rock Hotel Team,
now that I'm back in Germany, I want to give some feedback to you. It was a nice stay. Each night me and my friends were istening to the concerts at the center stage. During the concerts we enjoyed the cocktails and the service from all the girls at the bar. I want to say especially thanks to Atik, who was very kind to us and made these days a pleasant memory. At the pool the animator Sena gave us some very good tips for trips and sites to see. He is a very nice guy.
I'm already looking forward to come back to hard rock hotel for music and drinks at the center stage bar with Atik and other girls.

i am writing to thank you for our recent stay with you. This is the second time we have stayed with you, and I wounldnt have thought you could top yourselves but you did.
From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were made to feel very welcome. We spent alot of time around the pool area, where our children had a great time, especially the organised games. The staff in the Splash Bar, and at the pool reception were very friendly.
We were very pleased with our entire stay, found the room- 1304- very clean and functional. Our breakfasts were all very delicious, and service was great. The transport desk and luggage desk were very polite and greeted us every time we walked past, as did the security at the front and side gates. All staff spoke very good English.
If there is one point I would raise, and i definately didnt affect the enjoyment of our stay, would be to have a dvd player in the main bedroom of the family suite, as this would give the parents the option to wacth their dvds while the children watch theirs.

We really love the hotel.. Warm welcome from Room Manager, very friendly staffs, great foods, super large swimming pools.. Wont be bored for there are lots of amenities.. Better service if compared to some 5 star hotels.. for sure, we'll be back! very much recommended!

General comments about the hotel: The hotel is excellent. Everything is well planned and organized for a comfortable holiday. The staff is always ready to help, very professional and hospitable.

Thank you for your hospitality while I was staying at your hotel in
Kuta. You and other staffs' kindnesses are unforgettable sweet memories.
You looked always busy, still you never forgot your smile which came
from your inner self. I really appreciate it.
I should have written to you sooner, but you know how busy the life in
Tokyo is, compared to the life in Hardrock---as a guest! . I aThe day before
yesterday, I went to Ohanami to Tsukuba. It
was rainy, but the cherry blossoms looked very beautiful in the rain.
I do wish to stay in your hotel again as soon as possible. I drew one of
the statues at the entrance on March 16---when the entrance was
deserted. I wish to draw other statues one by one. When the front sides
are done, I will do the backs. Isn't it a good excuse to come back to
your hotel?
Since I don't know whether you can read Japanese in your computer or not, I write this

If, like me, you are nervous of travelling to a different country or unsure about your safety or level of comfort when staying in new places then I would highly recommend the Hard Rock as a starting point. After an uncomfortable experience at the Airport and having to "payoff" customs officers for the return of out bags we were delighted with the level of comfort and safety we felt when arriving at the Hotel and during the transfer process. The complementary drink was very welcomed and a great chance to centre ourselves and work the place out. The whole hotel was clean and the rooms were the stranded (standard) you would expect for an international chain. As we were in Bali during the Balinese new year period we (like everyone in the Bali) were confined to our hotel for the day, however there were plenty of activities put on and we had a great time relaxing by the pool and listening to the band over a few cocktails. Movies were also put on in the bar and pool. Location was fantastic and after learning how to deal with the locals and street vendors there was no issue with navigating and discovering the surrounds. Staff were great and not once did we pass a member of staff or cleaning crew without them wishing us a good morning. Restaurant staff were great and keen for a chat to practice there English and find out more about us and our country. I couldn't fault the experience and I don't think I would have had as an enjoyable time if I had starting the trip in any other location. (Comment from Tripadvisor)

The last time i was here in Dec 09, Sumatra, Mori and Putri can still remember me and my family. I was treated well.

Putri was helpful and courteous. Sumatra was great in giving advise about Bali. Mori was fast, efficient in handling my check in. Maybe should consider a Halal kitchen for moslem guest.

Edwin Ng as nomination for staff as he arranged birthday cake for daughter Kate and our interconnecting rooms. Very impressed with HRHB for staff profesionalism and efficiency. Having stayed in Bali manytimes, the hotel facilities were more that adequate and enhanced our holiday "BAGUS SEKALI".

Friendly, made our holiday great

Everyone here was extremely friendly, a certain highlight. Everytime we passed a worker, they always smiled and said good morning, afternoon etc. Very nice!

Firstly, I would love to say my Hard rock stay was fantabulous! With amazing breakfast and terrific facilities, I would love to go back to Hard Rock Bali.

However, I regret to say I'm disappointed withthe photographer. He was fabulous but one of the amazing pictures was misprinted.

If you side could do something about it, please get back to me. Before leaving Hard Rock Bali, I did left him a note and I really wish I could get my group photo as discussed. I am still waiting for his reply.

My wife and I (Sandra F. and Rod B.)recently stayed at your hotel in Bali (29/8 - 6/9). We began to fill out your feedback form but the taxi arrived quicker than we expected so it was never completed, consequently we felt we needed to let you know what a great stay we had at your hotel. Without a doubt your staff are by far the best of any hotel I have ever stayed at. I have never expeienced what we felt was was "genuine" friendliness, happiness and helpfulness to such an extent before. We were really impressed with everything about the hotel but your staff from front of house/reception to housekeeping, pool, restaurants, security, bar and gardening need a huge pat on the back. For us of course the pool was also a big plus.

we need to place a special mention to the young girl who checked us in to the hotel and looked after us throughout our stay daily asking how we were. Embarrassingly we have forgot her name but she also needs a pat on the back. (Sorry about forgeting your name.. Asif maybe) Apologies to the lady in qusetion. Also we would like to commend Dimas the photographer for his professionalism and sincerity.

Great hotel but rooms a little old and beds needs to be refurbished. Bathroom shower also needs a change. Plus points are the pool and service, but wifi is exorbitant. Will stay again. Thanks

my 4th stay - once again it was fantastic.

Mawar (restaurant), she was very helpfull, not only with me but with every body even for a baby. i liked Bali so much because of the staff smile and being helpfull if i'am coming again to Bali it will be because of you guys.
