The Experience

Самый позитивный, отель, все здорово, номера стилизованы, на стенах фотки с рок певцами и музыкантами, в холле отеля гитары рок музыкантов и всякая атрибутика, очень классный. Для молодых и среднего возраста да в принципе для любого кто молод душой. Рядом с отелем кафе HARD ROCK, в самом отеле при входе зал где проводятся концерты живая музыка естественно в стиле рок, , бар с алкогольными напитками, вечером скучать не будете.Фишка отеля для всех гостей, фото на память на фоне гитары напротив входа .

Находится в местечке Кута, пляж через довольно оживленную дорогу, очень широкий но муниципальный, лежаки и зонтики за дополнительную плату, (как договоришься примерно 3-5 долларов ) и лежаки не напротив отеля правее в метрах 100 а напротив отеля нет лежаков, я прекрасно себя чувствовала и на циновке. Море не спокойное, постоянно большие и сильные волны плавать тяжело море в этом местечке для серферов.

Питание у нас было только завтраки, вполне нормальные но я правда и не привередливая, было все и йогурты и омлет и фрукты, овощи, сыр колбасы, да много чего, то что голодными не будите это точно, а обедать можно и в кафе ходить все рядом.

Не далеко от отеля торговая улочка с магазинами, кафешками, там же можно и валюту обменять, все относительно не дорого, хотя если сравнивать с Таиландом Паттайей, то поесть на Бали дороже, средний чек 10-15 долларов на человека креветки +бокал пива , в Паттйе мы на 10-12 долларов ели втроем в 2004 году, правда может и в Тае сейчас также давно не была.

Шопинг так себе, кому что надо, я купила кошельки из кожи кобры хорошего качества по 30 долларов в подарок мужу и сыну и ремни из питона по 45 долларов.в Тае я кошелек купила за 10 долларов он жив у меня до сих пор.

Сама страна Индонезия очень позитивная во всех отношениях мне все понравилось, отдых удался.

I would recommend the hotel. Visited in October 2012 with friends.Most positive hotel, everything's great, the rooms have unique design, decorated with pictures of rock singers and musicians and rock star memorabilia in the lobby, very cool.

Perfect for young people and guests of middle-age, but in general for anyone who is young at heart. There is Hard Rock Café next to the hotel. In the hotel itself there is lobby bar with live rock music concerts, where you can order alcoholic drink to rock your night.

Every guest gets a free picture at the rockin’ guitars in front of the hotel as a bonus from the hotel.Hotel is located in Kuta, which is a municipal beach across quite a busy road. But a very wide beach as well. The Sun beds and Umbrellas on the beach can be found not in front of the hotel (about 100 meters to the right) and are at extra charge (about $ 3-5).  

There are no sun beds in front of the hotel, and I felt pretty ok sunbathing on the mat. The sea is not calm, there are non-stop big and strong waves making it hard to swim but perfect to surf.

Breakfasts were included, quite good ones as well (though I am not too picky): scrambled eggs, yogurt, fruit, vegetables, cheese, sausages - to name a few. You won’t leave hungry, that’s for sure. One can have lunch in the cafes nearby.  

Not far from the hotel there’s a shopping street with shops, cafes, where you can change money. Everything is at reasonable cost. Although when compared to Thailand Pattaya, eating out in Bali is expensive at average cost of USD 10-15 per person (ex. prawn + a glass of beer).

In Pattaya we paid 10-12 dollars for three of us in 2004. But I believe it might get more expensive in Thailand too (haven’t been there quite a while). Shopping in Bali is so-so. It all depends on your needs and taste. I bought cobra leather wallet of good quality at $ 30 as a gift for my husband and son, and python leather belts at USD 45. I did buy a wallet in Thailand at USD 10 and it still serves me well.

Indonesia is a very positive country in every way. I enjoyed it, my holiday was great!

The standard of service we encountered at the Hard Rock was second to none. Agus, FBI, Neesa ( Nizar ) , Igloo & lovely Bee entertained our kids all day and were always there with a friendly smile & ready to have a chat with my wife and I around the pool.

This is our second stayed at hardrock hotel bali, and we've never dissapointed. the breakfast, room & pool we just love them all, especially for person like us who like to swimming a lot at beach, hrh bali success to make us felt like we swim at the beach (without going to the beach). the location is just perfect, right infront of kuta beach. we always have pleasant stay there, and looking forward to have another night at hrh bali.

I stay here for 5 days and 4 nights. the location is in front of kuta beach and near kuta center. i can walk around kuta till midnight and back to hotel easily and if you are hungry in the middle of the night, there's a lot of mini market and fast food around the hotel. and the most i love is the fantastic swimming pool. absolutely fantastic definitely will back to this hotel soon

We had a very presence stay in Hard Rock hotel Bali, all hotel staff are very friendly and smiling all the times with great service. Good location facing the Beach

We stay here for 4day3night, hotel staff very friendly, room clean and good facilities. around hotel have a lots of restaurant, easy to find food. just cross a road is kuta beach. this place is surfing heaven.

Stayed at the Hard Rock for 4 nights/5 days the pool was awesome and plenty of things to do within the hotel. The buffet breakfast was great. A very good hotel for first time Bali travellers.

This was our third stay in Bali with our two young boys and we will definitely be back for more. This would have to be one of the best family hotels in Bali as it caters for all needs and more. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the food is to die for and the amenities are just what you need to relax and unwind to recharge the batteries. We have stayed at other Bali Hotels, but none compare to the overall satisfaction a family needs to have a safe and enjoyable holiday.

Had a chance to stay and dine at Hard Rock Hotel Bali, I do love swimming pool and buffet dinner there but i can't remember the Coffee shop name. After 8 pm, my sister and I went down to enjoy the soohisticated club. All staff there were so friendly and nice. We was looked after closely. All menu recommendation were awesome. Will visit them there over again!

We had the pleasure of staying at the Hard Rock in Bali from 24/6 -5/7. I would just like to say a BIG thank you to all the staff at the hotel. We were all over whelmed at how friendly and helpful these kind people were. The staff were teriffic with our kids and the kids absoultely loved them. They had all the time in the world for them and we really appreciate there effort and kindness. We will definetly be back next year as we loved everything about our Bali holiday and espically our stay at the Hard Rock. We give this hotel 10/10. Truly paradise.

I stayed with a friend at the Hard Rock Kuta Bali in early june. We booked a standard twin room, it had 2 double beds and was very roomy. The bathroom was a great size and had a spa bath in it. The room was cleaned daily.
Every aspect of this hotel was amazing.
I have never experienced staff as happy and friendly as the staff at this hotel. They were there for every possible thing i wanted.
the pool was amazing, its huge. When we were there the hotel was fully booked, but it is so spacious that we didnt even notice.
Its in a perfect location, close to everything.
The food was great, everything was great.
I cannot say one bad word about this hotel.

We stayed for 1 night in Hard Rock Hotel, Kuta and we just love the pool. There were activities organised at the pool in the late afternoon and the kids were very entertained. The band playing at 'Centrestage' was good and we had fun listening to them. There was such a good family-friendly atmosphere in the hotel! Whether you are with your family or friends, you will love being in this hotel!

As soon as we arrived, staff were so welcoming...Room was even inviting and the Bed was so comfortable and relaxing. Food was delicious. Room Service was efficient, Room was clean and the space was fantastic! This is our 2nd time here and it was our first timein Oct 2011 if anything the Hard Rock has just improved, gotten better, brighter, love the new colours, the paint in the star restaurant in the hallways, around the hotel, just looks fantastic, dont want this trip to ever end.

One hotel in bali u should stay when you going with freinds and family.Its just bang opposite to the kuta beach.The fun never ends in this hotel,because they have so much to do there.From live radio staion in the hotel to souvenier shops to cafes and not to forget their swimming pool.Its the best by far pool ive ever scene in my life.All in all bali cant get better without staying in this hotel.

I stayed with a friend at Hard Rock Hotel in the last week of March. Upon arriving at reception I was very impressed with the friendly greetings and then the warm service I received checking into my room. The rooms were comfortable and clean and had an awesome bathroom. Breakfast was the highlight. It is so clean and organised with room to move not to mention great food.. The massive pool is fantastic. It's huge with little kids beaches and heaps to do. The hotel has a kids club too. I have already booked a stay with my family. The location is close to everything in Kuta and only 10 mins from the airport. Thanks Hard Rock for a stay and I look forward to seeing you all again very soon. Thumbs up for me!

The Hard Rock Hotel Bali is AMAZING! We stayed for 10 days and didn't want to leave :( great food, cocktails, location, and the staff are truly some of the most amazing people I've ever met! Oh and the pool is divine

Fantastic freeform pool with swim up bar, sand island in the middle and stand alone cabanas. Great kids pool area as well. Staff were fantastic.

now that I'm back in Germany, I want to give some feedback to you. It was a nice stay. Each night me and my friends were istening to the concerts at the center stage. During the concerts we enjoyed the cocktails and the service from all the girls at the bar. I want to say especially thanks to Atik, who was very kind to us and made these days a pleasant memory. At the pool the animator Sena gave us some very good tips for trips and sites to see. He is a very nice guy.
I'm already looking forward to come back to hard rock hotel for music and drinks at the center stage bar with Atik and other girls.

i am writing to thank you for our recent stay with you. This is the second time we have stayed with you, and I wounldnt have thought you could top yourselves but you did.
From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were made to feel very welcome. We spent alot of time around the pool area, where our children had a great time, especially the organised games. The staff in the Splash Bar, and at the pool reception were very friendly.
We were very pleased with our entire stay, found the room- 1304- very clean and functional. Our breakfasts were all very delicious, and service was great. The transport desk and luggage desk were very polite and greeted us every time we walked past, as did the security at the front and side gates. All staff spoke very good English.
If there is one point I would raise, and i definately didnt affect the enjoyment of our stay, would be to have a dvd player in the main bedroom of the family suite, as this would give the parents the option to wacth their dvds while the children watch theirs.

We really love the hotel.. Warm welcome from Room Manager, very friendly staffs, great foods, super large swimming pools.. Wont be bored for there are lots of amenities.. Better service if compared to some 5 star hotels.. for sure, we'll be back! very much recommended!

If, like me, you are nervous of travelling to a different country or unsure about your safety or level of comfort when staying in new places then I would highly recommend the Hard Rock as a starting point. After an uncomfortable experience at the Airport and having to "payoff" customs officers for the return of out bags we were delighted with the level of comfort and safety we felt when arriving at the Hotel and during the transfer process. The complementary drink was very welcomed and a great chance to centre ourselves and work the place out. The whole hotel was clean and the rooms were the stranded (standard) you would expect for an international chain. As we were in Bali during the Balinese new year period we (like everyone in the Bali) were confined to our hotel for the day, however there were plenty of activities put on and we had a great time relaxing by the pool and listening to the band over a few cocktails. Movies were also put on in the bar and pool. Location was fantastic and after learning how to deal with the locals and street vendors there was no issue with navigating and discovering the surrounds. Staff were great and not once did we pass a member of staff or cleaning crew without them wishing us a good morning. Restaurant staff were great and keen for a chat to practice there English and find out more about us and our country. I couldn't fault the experience and I don't think I would have had as an enjoyable time if I had starting the trip in any other location. (Comment from Tripadvisor)

The last time i was here in Dec 09, Sumatra, Mori and Putri can still remember me and my family. I was treated well.

Putri was helpful and courteous. Sumatra was great in giving advise about Bali. Mori was fast, efficient in handling my check in. Maybe should consider a Halal kitchen for moslem guest.

My wife and I (Sandra F. and Rod B.)recently stayed at your hotel in Bali (29/8 - 6/9). We began to fill out your feedback form but the taxi arrived quicker than we expected so it was never completed, consequently we felt we needed to let you know what a great stay we had at your hotel. Without a doubt your staff are by far the best of any hotel I have ever stayed at. I have never expeienced what we felt was was "genuine" friendliness, happiness and helpfulness to such an extent before. We were really impressed with everything about the hotel but your staff from front of house/reception to housekeeping, pool, restaurants, security, bar and gardening need a huge pat on the back. For us of course the pool was also a big plus.

we need to place a special mention to the young girl who checked us in to the hotel and looked after us throughout our stay daily asking how we were. Embarrassingly we have forgot her name but she also needs a pat on the back. (Sorry about forgeting your name.. Asif maybe) Apologies to the lady in qusetion. Also we would like to commend Dimas the photographer for his professionalism and sincerity.

However, I regret to say I'm disappointed withthe photographer. He was fabulous but one of the amazing pictures was misprinted.

my 4th stay - once again it was fantastic.

Mawar (restaurant), she was very helpfull, not only with me but with every body even for a baby. i liked Bali so much because of the staff smile and being helpfull if i'am coming again to Bali it will be because of you guys.

Good housekeeping done & friendly staff. Actually for most of your staff. Good work.
