Last appointment available at 9:00 p.m. for a 1-hour treatment.
RESERVATIONS
Reservations may be made by send an email directly to rockspa.bali@hardrockhotels.net or at extension 8325. To ensure you enjoy the treatment at your preferred time, we recommend to book your appointments upon arrival or at your earliest convenience
CANCELLATION POLICY
A minimum of 4 hours notice is required for cancellation of any appointment. "No Shows" will be charged
at 50% of the treatment price.
ARRIVAL TIME
Please arrive at Rock Spa ten minutes prior to your appointment.
SPA ETIQUETTE
The environment is one of relaxation and tranquility. Please respect all guests' right to privacy
and serenity. We appreciate you to turn off your mobile phone whilst in Rock Spa.
HEALTH
When making appointment for your spa session, kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries, which may affect your treatment.
PREGNANCY
Please inform us and allow our associate at the reception to advise you in selecting a suitable treatment.
